Program Details

We are excited to announce our 2024 Accelerator Program. We are looking forward to working with a small group of women led, early stage companies to enable them to better compete and grow. Applications will open on March 18, 2024 and be accepted through May 31, 2024. The selection process will conclude in June and selected participating companies will be announced on a rolling basis through July 1, 2024. Our 12 week program will begin August 9, 2024.

We're looking for authentic leaders who take action and get things done.  As long as you have a growth mindset, are coachable, have a big vision, and want to collaborate with others so that everyone rises, this might be the place for you.

We look for startups that are building innovative solutions using technologies such as  ML/AI or Data and are solving a variety of real worldwide challenges or problems. The company must be tech or tech-enabled, and you must have a product or service built to the MVP or prototype stage, ready to put in front of potential customers. Using data, market insights, and customer behavior as evidence, show us why your company needs to be built, and why you're the team that should build it.

Weekly strategic working sessions with community leaders, serial entrepreneurs, and industry experts covering best practices business development, sales, legal, strategy, marketing, finance, operations, communication, public relations, and funding. One-on-One coaching from a professional executive coaches. Weekly mentor meetings and collaboration. Customized curriculum and support to meet the unique needs of your particular organization & solution. Introductions to advisors, corporations, investors, and other strategic partners

The accelerator program is best suited for Seed to Series A revenue generating women-led tech startups. Selected companies should have a minimum of 3 employees and the founder and appropriate team members must be available to join all program elements of their cohort. Startups should aim to leverage AI/ML technologies in their product, service or operations and/or show an interest in leveraging this technology in the future.
